Entry is allowed on presentation of l-cards and participant passes issued to the participants
For individual event, per participant will have to pay Entry Fee of Rs. 25- each. And for group event, per participant will have to pay Entry Fee of Rs. 20- each.


Competition will be held between 8th, 9th & 10th From 9.30 am

The Meeting of group leaders should be attended by 2 representative of each college on 3rd December 2011 in the college auditorium at 11.30 am


The event will be judged by the professionals of respective fields


Participants must be present an hour before their respective competition and must report to the reception counter


Participants will be issued participant certificate and winners will be awarded with attractive Prizes and Trophies


College & Association will not be responsible in any manner for dispute regarding gifts vouchers


College & Association will be not be responsible for the loss of participant's property


Any kind of misbehavior will not be entertained on any circumstances Counters for submitting Entry forms will be available from 2nd Dec. to 6th Dec. between 11.00 am to 2.00 am


Participant passes will be issued during college representative meeting


CD / Cassette should be labeled with the college code, event name & the name of the participants Use an audio cassette / cd format (no MP3) and keep a backup for the same.
